Morgan, Liberty Mutual, Maximus, Nestle Waters and Motorola. Ron is currently EVP, Strategy at Pappas MacDonnell, a boutique agency catering to industries with complex purchase processes.

A featured speaker on brand transformation at Yale University, Ron was also a participant in a Harvard University summit on Enabling Economies of the Future.

An Alabama native, Ron attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a BA in International Affairs and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Alabama.
